Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC, is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the Monument Inn & Suites in Gering/Scottsbluff, NE. Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC, based in metro Kansas City, represented the seller, American Lodging, LLC, in the transaction. Gering Hotel Venture, LLC, purchased the 60-unit hotel for an undisclosed price. The listing price was $2,850,000. “This independent hotel had a strong historical performance pre-Covid, and rebounded nicely in 2021”, commented Dave Jones, Principal with Leisure Real Estate Advisors. “We were able to put the hotel under contract in just 30 days and the buyer closed the deal 45 days later!
