HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, FREMONT, NE
Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC, is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the Holiday Inn Express, 2415 N. Lincoln, Fremont, NE. Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC based in the Kansas City metro area, represented the Owner, Fremont Hotels, Inc, a Nebraska based hospitality company in the transaction. The Buyer was Oracle Holdings, LLC, and investment group with another hotel holding in the Omaha area. Brent Jaynes, Managing Partner, was the Owner’s representative on the marketing and sale. “A high revenue producing Holiday Inn Express offering, with great net income, will always attract attention and garner the activity, and this one was no exception,” commented Jaynes. “We fielded over 50 NDAs and multiple offers in a matter of weeks from the launch of the marketing.” Oracle Holdings will continue operating the Express under a new 15-year license agreement with IHG. Noble Hospitality out of Manhattan, KS assumed management for Oracle.
