The Days Inn I-70 is located on the primary east-west interchange on heavily traveled I-70. The 44 unit hotel is positioned on a prime, highly visible, site located just off the interstate ramps. Two large travel plazas, Bosselman’s and Petro, are also located on this interchange. The hotel is corporately owned, but would be ideal for an onsite owner operator, who could manage more efficiently. The property certainly offers above average income and cash flow.
