Salina, KS, population 50,000, with the confluence of 2 major interstates, is a significant crossroads and stop-over point between Denver and Kansas City. Besides a number of well known businesses, such as Tony’s Pizza and Exide Battery, Salina also features the Tony’s Pizza Events Center, a 7500 seat arena and an 18,000 sq ft convention facility. It serves as a significant draw for regional events, meetings and trade shows. Salina boasts one of the highest “pull factors” in Kansas, a very positive economic indicator for business activity and economic growth.
The hotel has a total of 49 rooms. It is offered at $40,800 per room, well below replacement value. Guest amenities include flat screen TV’s, granite vanities, microwaves and mini fridges in all guestrooms, and an indoor pool and spa. There is also ample RV and truck parking.
