The Quality Inn & Suites is located in south Lincoln, Nebraska. Lincoln is the home of the University of Nebraska and Nebraska’s State Government. Thus, Lincoln has been largely immune to any downturns in the market. The Hotel is conveniently located in an industrial businesses district in South Lincoln, Nebraska near HWY 2. It has easy access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
Since 2013, the Quality Inn & Suites has had every room and public area remodeled. The Quality Inn is in great condition and shows extremely well. The Hotel also has a phenomenal and extensive 3 bedroom living quarters/apartment in the rear of the building.
The current owners of the Quality Inn & Suites have renovated all public areas within the last 5 years. The Quality Inn has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, large breakfast area, LCD TVs in all rooms, and multiple Jacuzzi suites. The owners expect there to be no more than a minimal PIP from Choice. Also, the Hotel has a gorgeous large apartment in the back of the hotel. The current owners live in the apartment and have obtained a waiver from Choice to live in the apartment.
