Executive Summary

This beautiful hotel features the most recent exterior design model, together with an impressive 2 story entry.  The hotel has been a  very good performer and has maintained stability, even in the face of new competition.  The owner believes the room types give him an advantage within the head to head competition and we concur.  The hotel features a variety of suites to fit the needs of nearly every traveler.  The hotel is located just off the Ridge Road exit, which also offers quite a bit of new development, with newer shops and restaurants.

Located within minutes of Wichita’s newly built (2015) Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport, the Comfort Suites is convenient to many of the major aerospace demand generators in town, including Hawker-Beechcraft, Bombardier Learjet, Cessna and Flight Safety International.  Two four year colleges, Newman University and Friends University are also nearly.   Downtown Wichita with its convention venue (Century II Convention Center) and its sport arena (Intrust Bank Arena) is a few minutes to the east on Kellogg (Hwy 54/400).   The airport area is close enough to recieve spill over occupany from downtown events.

Although the aerospace industry is a heavy contributor to the hospitality segment, Wichita attracts a wide vareity of business and is certainly known for its entreprenurial spirit.  Major employers include Koch Industries (largest private company in the US), AT&T, Cargil, Cox Communications, York International and Coleman.
